PSK Infracontract Pvt. Ltd. develop large-scale Solar Parks in line with the Solar Park Development & Implementation framework prescribed by the Government of India through the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), and applicable State Solar Park Policies. Under this framework, PSK shall function as the Solar Park Developer (SPD) and shall be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the solar park as a plug-and-play infrastructure facility for solar power developers.

Role of PSK as Solar Park Developer (SPD)
In accordance with MNRE and State Solar Park guidelines, PSK Infracontract Pvt. Ltd. shall undertake the following core responsibilities:

• Identification, acquisition, and aggregation of land suitable for solar park development
• Development of common infrastructure facilities within the solar park
• Establishment of the complete power evacuation system, including:
• Pooling Substation(s) (PSS)
• Internal evacuation network
• Grid interconnection and synchronization facilities

The solar park shall be developed as a ready-to-use project site, enabling developers to focus exclusively on generation assets.
Allotment to Solar Power Developers
Upon establishment of the solar park infrastructure, developed land parcels shall be offered to Solar Power Developers (SPDs / IPPs) through suitable allotment mechanisms consistent with central and state policy provisions.

• Individual project capacities may range from 5 MW up to 500 MW or higher, subject to:
• Applicable policy norms
• Technical and commercial feasibility

Where required, PSK Infracontract Pvt. Ltd. may also undertake EPC execution for developers, in line with mutually agreed commercial terms.
Ownership of Common Infrastructure & O&M Responsibility

As envisaged under MNRE Solar Park guidelines:

• All common power evacuation infrastructure, including:
• Pooling Substations
• Transmission lines
• Common electrical and utility systems (excluding land allotted to developers)

shall remain the exclusive assets of PSK Infracontract Pvt. Ltd.

• PSK shall be responsible for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the common evacuation and park infrastructure for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring:
• Grid reliability
• Safe and efficient system performance

Scope of Infrastructure Development (Policy Consistent)
The scope of solar park development by PSK shall include, inter alia:

• Land acquisition and statutory registrations
• Site grading, leveling, and preparation
• Master planning and detailed engineering
• Statutory, environmental, and grid approvals
• Internal roads (BT / WBM / gravel as applicable)
• Storm water drainage systems and culverts
• Plot demarcation and access infrastructure
• Water supply facilities
• O&M buildings, control rooms, and utility blocks
• Security infrastructure (compound wall, CCTV, access control)
• Street lighting and internal utilities
• Internal HT/LT cabling corridors
• Pooling Substations (33 / 110 / 220 / 400 kV)
• Protection, metering, and SCADA integration with SLDC / STU
• Transmission lines and bay allocation
• Grid synchronization and ABT-compliant energy metering
