P Selvakumar is the Managing Director of PSK Infracontract Pvt Ltd, He is a retired Director Projects and Planning from NLC India Limited, a navaratna public sector Enterprises involved in power generation and lignite mining. Currently he is also the Special Advisor TNEB – Govt of Tamilnadu.
His dynamic character and smart approach has able to steer NLCIL leaps and bounds in mining from 5MTPA to 30MTPA. Also he is instrumental in devising strategies to diversify the portfolio of NLCIL into renewable sector, steel sector. HE signed PPA for 1344 MW of solar power generation and implemented the project successfully within 2 years of his tenure. Under his tenure in NLCIL he signed major contracts worth of Rs 32,000 Crore. His vast experience in the field of corporate management and strategy planning is a great value for our firm.

PS Sivakumar Co-founder of PSK Infracontract Pvt Ltd and first generation entrepreneur has wide experience in executing various projects in solar, mining, water treatment sectors and health sector.

• Well versed in drafting and evaluating business proposals, project cost-benefit analysis, projection of cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, performing financial analysis, particularly scenario analysis and generating meaningful reports.
• Good Team player, with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking lead role and responsibility for implementation and execution of new green field project
• New innovation in automation of large scale solar plant execution

Curious in exploring various cutting edge technology and incorporating in his projects for customer value addition. To name a few, he is behind the ideation of semi automated solar DC cable laying with minimum human interference. He is also researching in ways of automation in solar module mounting structure and solar module fixing. With his experience he is able to bring in practices in cost cutting in solar projects and improving efficient procurement systems in solar and mining projects. Travelled widely to various research institutes across globe and introduce various eco friendly technology in india. Currently he looks after the project execution and daily operation of the firm.

PS Karthika is one of the eminent student, learner and good administrator of PSK Infracontract pvt ltd. With his technical knowledge she is driving the technical department of our firm. His charisma towards excellence in design is a biggest asset for our firm.

Dr Balan is our Director looking after the new technology adoption and promotion. He is a Doctorate in nuclear physics from Moscow State University. He is pivotal in development of Electro Activation Technology. He has vast experience in developing application for non chemical based water treatment for domestic as well as industrial sectors.
